The 290th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) held at it’s Corporate Head Office Board Room recently. The meeting was presided over by the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr. Mohammed Golam Quddus. The Board approved a number of investment proposals and reviewed various issue related to policy of the Bank.

Among others Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Directors Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Mr. Md. Abdul Barek, Mr. Abdul Halim, Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed, Mr. Mohammed Younus, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak and Mrs. Tahera Faruque, Independent Directors Mr. Ekramul Haque & Mr. K.A.M. Majedur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO Mr. M. Shahidul Islam, Additional Managing Director Mr. Abdul Aziz, Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Md. Shahjahan Shiraj & Mr. Imtiaz U Ahmed, the Company Secretary Mr. Md. Abul Bashar and CFO of the Bank Md. Jafar Sadeq, FCA were also present in the meeting.
