The 283rd meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) held at it’s Corporate Head Office Board Room recently. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah. The Board approved a number of investment proposals and reviews various issues relating to policy matter of the Bank.

Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr. Mohammed Golam Quddus and Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Directors Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Mr. Md. Abdul Barek, Mr. Abdul Halim, Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed, Engr. Md. Towhidur Rahman, Mr. Mohammed Younus, Mr. Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Independent Director Mr. Ekramul Haque, Managing Director & CEO Mr. M. Shahidul Islam, the Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Md. Shahjahan Shiraj & Mr. Imtiaz U. Ahmed and the Company Secretary Mr. Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
