Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) awarded scholarship among the poor and brilliant students at Ramganj, Laxmipur on 14th July 2019. The Chairman of the Executive Committee of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited and Member of Parliament of Laxmipur-1 Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan handed over the scholarship Cheque among the students as Chief Guest. In this regard a scholarship award giving ceremony has been organized in the Ramganj Branch premises of the Bank.

It is also noted here that Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) also awarded scholarship among the 500 brilliant and poor students on 23rd March 2019 at Officers Club, Dhaka. Total Tk. 4 crore 18 lac 41 thousand will be given as Scholarship to students.

Among others the Principal of Ramganj Government College Professor Umesh Chandra Lod, the Principal of Ziaul Haque High School and College Mr. Md. Tajul Islam Pahim, the Vice Principal of Ramganj Model College Mr. Alauddin Dewan, the Upazila Vice Chairman Mrs. Suriya Akter Shuli, the Former Chairman of Ramganj Upazila Mr. A K M Ruhul Amin and the Scholarship awarded Students were also present at the ceremony held at Ramganj, Laxmipur.
