The 279th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) held at it’s Corporate Head Office on 14th May 2019. The meeting was presided over by the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors Khandaker Shakib Ahmed. The Board approved a number of investment proposals and reviews various issues relating to policy matter of the Bank.

Among others the Vice-Chairman of the Board Mr. Mohammed Golam Quddus, Directors Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Mr. Md. Harun Miah, Mr. Md. Abdul Barek, Mr. Abdul Halim, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Mr. Khorshed Alam Khan, Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Independent Director Mrs. Farida Parvin Nuru, Managing Director & CEO Mr. M. Shahidul Islam, Additional Managing Director Mr. Abdul Aziz, Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Md. Shahjahan Shiraj, Mr. Imtiaz U. Ahmed and the Company Secretary Mr. Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
