The 278th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) held at its Corporate Head Office on 24th April 2019. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah. The Board recommended 10% Stock Dividend for the Shareholders for the year ended 31st December 2018.
