The 275th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) held at it’s Corporate Head Office Board Room recently. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah. The Board approved a number of investment proposals and reviews various issues relating to policy matter of the Bank.

Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr. Mohammed Golam Quddus and Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Directors Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, MP; Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Mr. Mohammed Younus, Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mr. Khorshed Alam Khan, Independent Director Mr. Mosharraf Hossain Chowdhury, Managing Director & CEO Mr. M. Shahidul Islam, Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Md. Shahjahan Shiraj, Mr. M. Akhter Hossain & Mr. Imtiaz U. Ahmed were also present in the meeting.
