The 280th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) recently held at it’s Corporate Head Office. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr.Akkas Uddin Mollah. The Board approved a number of investment proposals and review various issues relating to policy matter of the Bank.

Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr. Mohammed Golam Quddus and Mr. Khondoker Shakib Ahmed, Directors Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Mr. Md. Abdul Barek, Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed, Engr. Md. Towhidur Rahman, Mr. A. K. Azad, Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Independent Director Mr. Ekramul Hauque, the Managing Director & CEO Mr. M. Shahidul Islam, Additional Managing Director Mr. Abdul Aziz, Deputy Managing Director Mr. Md. Shahjahan Shiraj and Mr. Imtiaz U. Ahmed, the Company Secretary Mr. Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
